Schafer Richardson has developed, owned, and operated residential communities across the Twin Cities since 1995 — from historic warehouse conversions in the North Loop to new riverfront construction in Seward. In 2023 we brought management of our own residential portfolio fully in-house, because a building we still own is a building we still answer for.
